ProSep secures contracts for early production facility in Iraq

CTBR Staff Writer Published 12 December 2011

ProSep has secured three contracts from a new customer operating in Iraq, to provide services for the early production facility.

Under the terms of the contracts, valued at about $6.5m, ProSep has agreed to design and supply a produced water package and water deaeration and fuel gas treatment systems.

The equipment provided will be installed at the same early production facility located onshore in Iraq.

The produced water treatment package and water deaeration and fuel gas treatment systems will be designed as skid-mounted pre-assembled units for ease of field installation.

ProSep president and CEO Jacques Drouin said the contracts awarded by a new customer operating in Iraq bring our year-to-date total orders signed to $46m, almost twice last year's orders.

"By investing in expanding our business development and process engineering teams, we've broadened our market reach and depth of offering," Drouin siad.

Delivery of these systems is expected to occur by the third quarter of next year.

ProSep is a technology-focused process solutions provider to the upstream oil and gas industry.

ProSep designs, develops, manufactures and commercializes technologies to separate oil, water and gas generated by oil and gas production.
